Peri peri Cauliflower wings

Nando’s have got nothing on these peri peri cauliflower wings. These wings are perfect for a light snack or even family event BBQ. So foursome and very simple to do.

Ingredients

1 Cauliflower 125ml Peri peri sauce (leave some for dipping) 1Tbs flour 50ml Water Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Start by preheating the oven at 180 degrees. Get yourself a big mixing bowl and put inside the peri peri sauce, flour and the water and mix until it becomes a batter.
  2. Chop the florets off the cauliflower and put inside the bowl and give it a big mix. Making sure the cauliflower is well covered.
  3. Pop in the oven for 30mins. At the 15 minutes mark, turn them over and pop them back into the oven.
  4. When the 30 mins is up, place on a serving plate with some peri peri sauce left over and indulge.
