With over thirty years of combined experience, Annabelle and Tay decided to build on their restaurant roots and expand into outdoor catering. Based in Shropshire, they previously ran successful bars and restaurants and now focus their expertise on creating exceptional catered events, with ambitions to grow further. It was during one afternoon of reflection — following a one-off external event — that they recognised the potential to turn their skill set towards outdoor catering, events and private chef hire. From that moment, Twisted Lemon was born.
Our Story
Twisted Lemon is a business with no limits. Within our first year, we went from designing intricate menus for large-scale events of over 400 guests to catering for private families in the South of France. We’re passionate about food — and the planet it grows on — which is why sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. All of our produce is sourced from local suppliers and markets, ensuring our menus are always fresh, creative, and uniquely inspired. We pride ourselves on researching & developing new techniques & culinary styles to elevate great quality produce to its full potential. Keeping us at the forefront of modern British cuisine.
